WHO I AM

I am a life-long resident of Christian County who is proud to be raising a family here. I have worked and served here my entire professional career. Today I serve as your Christian County Magistrate representing District 7 but working for all of Christian County. To the role of Christian County Judge Executive, I will bring my long history of community involvement and professional experience.

MY MISSION STATEMENT

As your Christian County Judge Executive, it will be my mission to actively engage with all economic development activities brought into Christian County, promote the highest level of community engagement possible, and to provide the community representation with integrity in the county and as your advocate with state and federal government. In that service I will always serve the people with transparency, accessibility, and action.

MY PLANS

To spur growth in Christian County, as your Judge Executive, I would focus investment on potential growth projects that create a return on investment for the community and take a business-model approach to spending and investment, seeking to grow the tax-base rather than raising taxes.

My experiences working with one of our largest industries in Christian County will allow me to lead the way in making sound business decisions and running our county with a business-first mindset, all while protecting our citizens against taxation. It is my intention to carry this kind of representation and leadership forward if elected as you County Judge Executive.

As your Christian County Judge Executive, I will seek to collaborate with community members to define a clear vision for the future. Through strategic planning and consistent partnership with local stakeholders and state organizations, we can limit the resource impact on our community while still working to develop the kind of infrastructure we need.

While at Hopkinsville Community College I became involved in leadership by serving as division chair and later as Dean of Community, Workforce, and Economic Development. It is here I learned the value of community and the hard work and dedication it takes to make the community even stronger.
